play
In play, time slips away. allusions occur, and your mind broadens allowing new realities. In childhood, play has an important role in discovery, understanding, autonomy, and growth. This series seeks to reveal several realities at once: one in which sheep become clouds and rocks.
These analog virtual-reality artworks — initially created for an interior space — ended up “going outside to play” due to the Pandemic. Once outside... they interwove with the natural environment they were inspired by. They discovered multiple ways of being.
